Nope. Our support extends into life too. We believe your systems should support the whole you—so whether it’s syncing your family calendar, helping with appointment scheduling, or auto-ordering household essentials, we’ve got you covered.

Can you support my service-based business even if I’m not tech-savvy?

Yes. We work with plenty of business owners who are brilliant at what they do but don’t have time (or interest) to manage the backend tech. We keep things simple, clear, and customized to how you work.

How is this different from hiring a solo VA or freelancer?

Do I need to be super organized before I start?
​
Not at all. That’s one of the reasons we exist. You bring the messy ideas, to-do lists, and vision—we help you sort, organize, and actually make it happen.

What tools and platforms do you use?
​
We adapt to your setup. Most of our clients use tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Flodesk, FG Funnels, Kajabi, Slack, Trello, and Notion. If you're using something else, we’ll learn it.

How do we communicate with your team?
​
We keep it simple and responsive:
• Marco Polo (free video messaging) for day-to-day check-ins.

• Zoom for weekly or biweekly calls
• Shared Google Drive for files and visuals

Can I book short-term help or one-time projects?
​
