Work with Us
So you want to be on the roster.
Good.

We’re building something specific here and we’re intentional about who’s in it.
Virtual Synergy is a VA agency built for neurospicy, chronically ill, and queer founders — people who’ve been failed by support that wasn’t designed for them. That means the people who show up for those clients need to actually get it. Not perform getting it. Actually get it.
If that’s you, keep reading.

What this is — and what it isn’t
Being on the Virtual Synergy roster isn’t a gig. It’s not a platform where you bid on projects and hope for the best. It’s a curated group of VAs that Salomé hand-matches to clients based on skills, communication style, and fit.
When a new client comes in, Salomé reviews the roster and selects 2–3 people whose working style, strengths, and energy are genuinely right for that client. The client interviews those people and chooses. Which means you’re not just competing on availability — you’re being chosen because you’re actually the right fit for that specific person.
That’s a different kind of work. It requires a different kind of person.

This is for you if:

You’re probably a fit if you already do these things without being asked:
-
You notice when something is about to become a problem before it does.
-
You build systems around how a person actually works — not how they’re supposed to.
-
You can hold things steady when a client goes quiet for days without chasing them or catastrophizing.
-
You communicate clearly without being rigid about how or when.
-
And you genuinely don’t find neurodivergent or chronically ill clients “difficult” — because you either live it yourself or you’ve been close enough to it that you understand what’s actually happening.

The Training
Before you’re matched with any client, you complete Virtual Synergy’s contractor training. This isn’t a formality and it’s not a box we check.
It covers how to read where a client is — activated, shut down, or steady — and how to respond without making it worse. How to hold things together when communication goes quiet. How to build support around someone’s actual brain and body, not a productivity template. How to know when to handle it yourself and when to loop Salomé in.
This training is part of what makes this work worth more than standard VA rates. You’ll be equipped to do something most VAs aren’t. That matters for your clients now and for what you’re able to offer throughout your career.
