You know what you want to build. You just can’t figure out how to get there — and your brain isn’t making it easier. The Sync Session is a 90-minute working session for neurodivergent, chronically ill, queer, and POC founders who need someone to think alongside them. Not a coach with a framework. Not another course. Just a real conversation that turns the chaos in your head into something you can actually act on. Bring whatever you’re stuck on: — Can’t figure out what offers to create or how to price them — Need a system that works with your brain, not against it — Want to brainstorm a launch, an ebook, a project, or a new idea — Trying to figure out how to run a business without it destroying your energy We’ll work through it together in real time. You’ll leave with a clear next step, a custom execution plan, and a quick follow-up check-in 3–5 days later so nothing falls through the cracks. Your session cost can also be applied toward a Virtual Synergy package if you decide you want ongoing support. This isn’t about having it all figured out before we talk. It’s about finally having someone in your corner while you figure it out.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking your coaching session with Virtual Synergy. By scheduling a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking Confirmation • All sessions must be booked through the Virtual Synergy platform or other designated booking methods. • Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure your session. 2. Rescheduling Policy • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. • Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session may be subject to a rescheduling fee of 20% of the session cost. • Sessions may be rescheduled a maximum of one (1) time without incurring additional fees. 3. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session. • Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the session will receive a 50% refund or credit toward a future session. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. 4. No-Show Policy • Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a “no-show.” • No-shows are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling and will forfeit the session fee. 5. Refund Policy • Refunds will be issued for eligible cancellations within 7-10 business days. • In the event that Virtual Synergy cancels a session, clients will be offered a full refund or a complimentary rescheduling option. 6. Technical Issues: Virtual Synergy is not responsible for technical issues on the client’s side, including but not limited to poor internet connection or device malfunctions. • If technical issues arise on Virtual Synergy’s side, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. 7. Late Arrivals • If you are late to a session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and will forfeit the session fee. 8. Confidentiality: All discussions during coaching sessions are confidential. Virtual Synergy is committed to protecting your privacy and will not share any details of your session without your consent, except as required bylaw. 9. Terms of Service: By booking a session, you acknowledge that coaching services are advisory in nature and not a substitute for professional advice
